As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. Your warm smile, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail will ensure that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Answer guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Promote hotel amenities and services to guests
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
