Welcome to Jerry's Restaurant and Bar, the most northern Bar/Restaurant of Lower 48.  Located on the mainland in Northwest Angle, Minnesota! We're not just a restaurant, we're an adventure waiting to happen, and we're currently on the lookout for passionate staff members to join our growing team!

If you're ready for a thrilling remote work experience, look no further! As part of our team, you'll dive into a world of culinary creativity, cooking up delicious dishes from our menu and preparing for daily service with gusto. Dishwashing and kitchen organization are all part of the fun too!

But that's not all! We're offering an incredible opportunity for dedicated individuals to embark on a minimum 3-month journey with us, with the potential for full-time, year-round employment. Our Operational Manager is ready to guide you through menu creation, and your hard work won't go unnoticed – expect competitive pay starting from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, this includes daily tip outs from service staff and team challenges with incentives.

Daily Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

  • Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, cookware, utensils, work stations, and food storage areas
  • Washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and preparing ingredients for the chef
  • Following recipes, food safety regulations, and health standards
  • Baking, grilling, steaming, boiling, and cooking various foods
  • Presenting, garnishing, and arranging final dishes
  • Assisting with the unloading, sorting, and storing of deliveries
  • Communicating kitchen needs to Operations Director
  • Disposing of trash and organizing linen/laundry
