Candidate must be career-focused, have leadership and management experience and be able to demonstrate successes in previous management positions. We are looking to grow our management team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Committing to company core values and mission.
- Implementing company standard operationg procedures at a high level.
- Accountable for various success metrics.
- Meet or exceed established goals.
- Oversight of daily operations in collaboration with other managers, area managers and operations manager.
- Ability to perform all tasks required of technicians.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding and training of team members.
- Foster a positive work culture.
- Engage in professional development activities.
Wages and Benefits
- $50,000-$60,000 annual salary base
- Bonuses earned based on successful achievement of metrics. [Current management team earning between $4,000-$12,000]
- Profit sharing based on net income requirements
- Paid time off
- Employer contributes portion of medical and dental insurance
- Employer pays 100% of $10,000 term life policy
- 401K participation. Employer matches when net income requirements are met.
