Job Description
Halberstadt's in Bismarck is hiring a full-time store manager. This is a 45 hour/week role that includes weekends. We are seeking a motivated leader who wants to grow and expand within our company to open up more retail stores. The manager is responsible for:
-Leading a team of 4-6 individuals
-consistently hitting sales goals
-motivating team members daily
-organizing monthly meetings
-maintaining a positive and friendly space for all
-at least 2 years of management and retail is necessary
This position has earning potential of over $100k for the right person who has the drive and ambition to excel in retail.
