Job Description

As a REV! Account Manager you will be responsible for providing exceptional account management services to BNG partners participating in the REV program. The REV! Account Manager will build relationships with current partners and help them drive revenue through the benefits of the REV! program.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Helps current ConnectBooster partners drive revenue through the REV program
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with partners through trust and integrity and consistently close deals in accordance with established monthly goals and quotas
• Manages accounts and relationships with REV partners and assist them in all account management needs
• Schedules and attends routine semi-monthly meetings with partners to review accounts and address any needs
• Assists partners in creating a funnel for qualified opportunities by cultivating and nurturing business relationships
• Demonstrates product knowledge and provides training and education to partners on the REV! program
• Identifies opportunities to provide additional BNG business solutions to REV! partners based on need
• Acts as a liaison between external partners and internal resources to address partner and client needs
• Reports results of account management efforts back to the internal senior leadership team
• Works closely with REV! manager to achieve monthly goals

Your Amazing Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior knowledge or work experience within the IT service field preferred
• Previous account management or B2B sales experience preferred
• Experience working within a professional office setting preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain quality relationships based on trust and respect
• High regard for accountability, prioritization, organization, planning, and time management
• A willingness to take initiative to drive sales and grow the REV! program
• Actively pursues opportunities to learn about and stay current on BNG’s business solution offerings
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with active listening ability
• Detail oriented with an eye for accuracy in producing quality work
