Job Description

Experience Needed: 5+ years experience in sales and customer service using a CRM software, contracts, account management, and invoicing. 

Based out of West Fargo, ND. Vanna builds custom camper vans, mobile medical units, mobile classrooms/offices and more. Using the most advanced systems on the market, every Vanna Van comes equipped for off-grid, four-season use. Vanna’s mission is to build the next generation of camper vans and mobile medical units.

We are seeking a Sales Manager to help drive and manage clients and sales.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Sales Strategy Development: Proficient in formulating and executing strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and revenue targets effectively.
  • Lead Qualification and Prioritization: Skilled in evaluating and prioritizing leads based on defined criteria, ensuring focus on high-value opportunities.
  • Effective Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen to client needs and articulate product benefits and solutions clearly.
  • Detail-Oriented: Possesses exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing complex information such as VINs, quotations, and technical specifications accurately.
  • Document Management: Experienced in organizing and maintaining sales-related documents and contracts efficiently, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
  • Contract Understanding: Comfortable with legal contracts, capable of comprehending and navigating contractual terms and obligations effectively.
  • Rapid Product Knowledge Acquisition: Demonstrates the ability to quickly grasp technical product features, benefits, and technical specifications to address client inquiries and concerns proficiently.
  • Closing Proficiency: Proven track record of successfully closing sales deals and finalizing transactions with clients.
  • Negotiation Skills: Competent in negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms and agreements with clients and partners, maximizing value for the company.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide sales teams, fostering collaboration across departments to achieve sales objectives collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating presentations, analyzing data, and generating reports to support sales efforts effectively.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prioritizing and sorting through qualified leads, following up with those expressing interest in Vanna vans.
  • Conducting initial consultations with clients, discussing available options and pricing.
  • Guiding clients and leads through the van design process.
  • Finalizing sales through invoicing and contract completion.
  • Providing quotes for custom-designed vans tailored to client needs.
  • Overseeing client relationship management and CRM utilization.
  • Directing the growth and enhancement of the sales department.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.

Starting wage: $24.00 - $30.00/hr + Commission + Future Benefits 
Schedule: Full Time, Mon - Thurs 8:00am - 5:30pm, Fri 8:00am - Noon
Paid Time Off: Holidays, Sick Days, Vacation Days
