Overview:
Maintain and Improve Trails: Responsibilities include building retaining walls, implementing water management solutions on trails, and performing general trail repairs.
Operate and Maintain Equipment: Use skid steers, mini excavators, and other mechanized equipment. Maintenance of the equipment is also part of the role.
Physical and Team-Based Work: Expect a hands-on role requiring regular physical exertion, including hiking, carrying tools and equipment, and collaborating with a team.
This position involves travel up to 50% of the time across North Dakota.
A four-day workweek (10-hour days) with Fridays off, providing a solid balance of work and personal time.
Physical Capability: Ability to hike up to 5 miles a day, lift equipment, and work with heavy hand tools.
Necessary training for equipment and specific tasks will be provided to the right candidate.

Minimum Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
