TNT Kid's Fitness & Gymnastics vision is to become a global leader in making a difference in people’s lives through movement. We are an inclusive gymnastics space that provides innovative programming for physical activity that serves special needs alongside competitive athletes. HOURLY RANGE: $14.00 to $24.00
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Serve TNT’s mission by building and fostering relationships in a fun, positive, and safe environment. Special Needs coaches create and/or implement age-appropriate activities to enhance skill development and achieve the desired skill objectives.
Special Needs coaches work specifically with athletes who require adaptations due to physical, intellectual, or behavioral needs. Skills that are taught are based on the athletes needs and goals.
Special Needs programming is scheduled year-round; Monday through Friday between 8:30a-6:00p. Summer hours vary. Programs consist of group-based classes or one-on-one coaching.
You may be asked to work alongside Para Educators/Teachers, Higher Education Professors, Students pursuing bachelors, masters, or doctorate degrees.
